Download the attached file from the thread, the latest version, likely the largest text at the bottom of the post from AdventureBox. Save it to your Grand Theft Auto V directory, and remove the _UNKNOWNCHEATS.ME.dll. The file should be named "WINMM.dll". Otherwise, it will not work.
